KNUCKLE BOOM PIPE HANDLER

It is designed for handling tubulars from the pipedeck to the catwalk or conveyor. This can lift using either gripheads or magnets. It can be fixed or travelling to suit the rig layout and has the capability to reach up and down to suit major differences in elevation from the pipedeck to the drillfloor. It can be supplied with a cabin with PLC controls if required. Integrated power unit is supplied as standard.

PIPEDECK CRANE

This is a cantilever type crane traversing the pipedeck, driven by a rack and pinion system. It lifts the tubular and places it on the horizontal or inclined catwalk. It can be fitted with either gripheads or magnets. The pipedeck crane uses the hydraulic supply from the rig. It can be controlled either from a local cabin or remotely from the drill floor.

PIPEHANDLING GANTRY CRANE

The Gantry crane spans the pipedeck to pick up tubulars, including multiples, and places them on the catwalk or conveyor, using gripheads or magnets. It is fitted with a cab and integrated HPU for independent operation. Hoist position is adjustable to allow handling of different lengths of tubular.

CATWALKS AND CONVEYORS

These can be horizontal or inclined types to take tubulars to the drill floor. It is fitted with a pipe pusher, either cylinder operated or chain driven. Control can be done from either a local control station or remotely from the drill floor. It can be fitted with an integrated pipelifter and tailing arms. Pipefeed table is optional to suit systems that can deliver tubulars in multiple quantities. It uses the rig hydraulic supply.
Riser handling capability can be included
