TSC Offshore deploys an innovative process to provide a complete offshore rig package - whether your project calls for a jack-up rig, semi-submersible rig, platform modular rig, or a drill ship.

Jack-Up Rigs

Through a seamless turnkey approach, TSC Offshore provides a complete cantilever and drill floor package which includes the cantilever and drill floor structure, drilling equipment, solids control system, power package, rig control and drive package, BOP stack and handling, pipe handling system. This “cantilever kit” is pre-commissioned at TSC Offshore’s purpose-built facility. After function testing all related equipment, the “cantilever kit” is then towed to a shipyard for hook-up and final commissioning. This process substantially reduces the commissioning time, thus ensuring early delivery of an offshore drilling rig that will help in our customers'bottom line and the overall project economics.

Semi-Submersible Rigs

Applying the same innovative construction method used for jack-up rigs, the construction of blocks for the semisubmersible and the installation of drilling equipment are accomplished on the ground. The final integrated blocks are mated with the pontoon through a single lift.

Platform Modular Rigs

TSC Offshore's engineering team is able to customize the design for your specific platform modular rig, whether the requirement is for a large modular drilling rig package or a smaller work-over package. The modularized packages, such as drilling package, solid control package, power package and living quarters can be tailored to accommodate your development well drilling and work-over operation. Complete packages can be easily lifted and re-located to another platform.
