TSC OFFSHORE LISTED ON THE MAIN BOARD Dealings in the shares of TSC Offshore Group Limited (“TSC Offshore” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries as the “Group”, stock code: 0206), a product and service provider dedicated to the world oil and gas drilling industry, on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) commenced today. TSC Offshore became listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange by way of transfer of listing from the Growth Enterprise Market to the Main Board. “The listing of TSC on the Main Board marks a milestone in the Group’s business development. The share performance on the first trading day was encouraging, demonstrating Hong Kong investors’ confidence in the prospects of TSC Offshore and the positive outlook for the oil and gas drilling industry. We are confident in becoming one of the key global players in the manufacture and provision of drilling rig related products and services for the oil and gas industry,” said Mr Jiang Bing Hua, the Executive Chairman of TSC Offshore. “We are among the few companies in the world that are capable of undertaking a wide range of upgrade projects for offshore rigs, from offshore rig pipe handling system upgrades to large comprehensive rig turnkey upgrade projects. To maintain a strong global presence, we will continue to enhance our distribution and service capability in North America, South America, Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and South East Asia,” added Mr Jiang.
