TSC OFFSHORE SUPPLIES MECHANICAL HANDLING PACKAGES FOR BRAZIL’S OIL CORPORATION PETROBRAS’ JACK-UPS

(24 January 2010) TSC Offshore Corporation, a Houston based subsidiary of TSC Offshore received an order with an aggregate amount of US$9.2 million from a US rig builder for the supply of mechanical handling packages for two new build jack-ups to be delivered to Petrobras, Brazil’s state-run oil corporation.

“Brazil has been an important market for TSC Offshore, and the latest order reaffirms the Group’s ability to supply equipment that meets the demand of the market there and its capacity as the proven vendor of Petrobras,” said Mr Bob Sliva, President & COO of TSC Offshore.

The Company has also received recently other orders for BOP handling system and mud pump packages. “The continuous stream of new orders for our products evidences our reputation for providing reliable and high quality equipment packages. With market recovery and stabilized oil price, we expect that market demand will continue to increase. With innovation products, process and technology, our management are confident that TSC Offshore can secure more orders from various global customers in the coming future,” added Mr Sliva.
